Moira brings a rare combination of legal, clinical, and philanthropic expertise. With prior leadership roles at Cedars-Sinai and St. Joseph’s Health—and frontline experience as a neonatal nurse—she understands healthcare and nonprofit operations from all angles.

Her career spans roles as Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer, Director of Legal Affairs, and philanthropy leader. She has built enterprise-wide compliance programs, advised healthcare foundations on donor benefit strategy and risk, and supported the development of grateful patient initiatives.

Moira is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and California, and is a member of multiple bar associations and professional networks. She is actively building her presence as a speaker and thought partner in the areas of healthcare philanthropy, compliance, and nonprofit risk.
